I reloaded over 5k of 9mm with my Dillion. I can't remember for the life of me, but I swear it could hold hundreds of 9mm cases, not 100 (or maybe less) nowadays for me.

It just gets stuck and I give the top a gentle push time and time again. If it wasn't for the vibration of pulling the handle, it wouldn't even work at around 100 or so cases.

My casefeeder has no problems handling up to around 250 rounds of 9mm. Check it for dirt, then tighten up the clutch a little bit to stop it slipping as much.

Let us know a little more about what is going wrong. :)

I've put 300 or so in mine without a problem...

Check for dirt... are you using the spacer?

Motor may have gotten. weak.. is the center moving? if so tighten the clutch..

Hmm... I haven't done any adjustments since day one except cleaning the tub. I bought it last summer from Epps.

All I can say is I swear it handled more in the beginning and been wanting to ask this question months ago but I always forget until I was showing a friend yesterday and loaded 10rds /w only 10 cases and it was choking a bit. Sounded like "eerr, eerrr.. purrrrr...puurrr purrr... err eerr" err = slight halting and moved again. purrr = good.

Alright, I'll take a look at the clutch and whatever tomorrow night b/c I am getting really sleepy right now. lol

Spacer, I dunno. I can't remember. Whatever setup for small pistol since the beginning. That is the only thing I load right now.

I'll report back tomorrow night.

Thanks!

Oh what the heck, I just took a look at the clutch.

Bloody hell! I stopped it with my finger and the center is still spinning! HAHAHAHA

Ok... Problem solved when I tighten tomorrow. Thanks guys for the quick responses!!

If only I don't need to stand on my chair to looking inside, I would have seen the problem much sooner. :)

Thanks!

The bill will go in the mail on Monday.... Enjoy..

I dump cases into it until it is full. I'm guessing close to 800? Well over 500 in any event, as I've loaded over that in the last week and there are still cases in it. I'm guessing also that I'm not doing any favors to the motor...
