I'm still pretty new to the AR world. I bought two stripped lowers last year shortly after getting my RPAL. One remains as such, the other I went with a 10.5" 5.56 build. If I had more money, I'd have more haha. I loved building it, and I want to do my other lower as a DMR style.
I think if you have more than 31 AR's you have a problem so your buddy is good-to-go!

I've got 2. One is 7.62x39. Other in 556. Have a stripped lower on the way. Not sure if I want to build it as a 7.5 or make it look more like the M16. May have to think about another stripped lower and do both. lol
I'm sitting at a comfortable 4. I'm not really one for collecting things or owning guns just for the sake of owning them, so I built them all with a specific purpose in mind and shoot most of them frequently.

One built from colt lower, NEA upper, CMMG .22lr barrel and BCG that the CFP doesn't seem to know what to do with when I phoned to change the registration of my restricted stripped colt lower to a .22lr complete. Been over a month and still waiting for an answer from them.
