How many turns for Lee neck size only on a Lyman press?

Hey,

For anyone running a Lee Neck Size Only Die on a Lyman Tmag Press - how many turns do you give it after contact with the shell plate?

The instructions mention 1 turn on a Lee Press, more turns on a press that rolls over centre and even more turns after that.

If you are talking about the Lee Collet Die. I set up my die so that my press over cams giving me the exact same neck tension everytime if and when I do use the collet die which isn't very often.

There really is no wrong way to set it up as long as you are getting the results you are striving for.
