How much are USGI wooden stocks worth?

I found someone selling a few wooden m14 stocks and I was considering picking one up. I'm not sure if it's a good deal or not though... I know this depends a lot on condition, but what kind of price range would authentic USGI wooden stocks normally fetch?
 
Found a US site that sells the from $99 Service Grade to $250 Collectors Grade.

ok well judging by those prices, I've found a decent deal, although it will probably need to be refinished. It's just hard to tell if it's usgi... what type of markings should there be?
 
It will have the cutouts where the full auto selector parts would go. It may also have a "P" proof stamp on the front of the grip face and possibly and "eagle" cartouche stamp on the left side under the elevation knob area.
The tell tale is the selector cutouts.
 
I prefer USGI stocks to any of the aftermarket M14 wood stocks. The cutout is no biggie. I used to put on fake selectors, but now I just leave them as-is. That's how SA made civilian NM rifles in the 60's from what I understand.

Best to check out the Treeline site before you get your hopes up. They have some VG quality fiberglass stocks for $60, and some nice-looking commercial stocks for $140, as well as top-grade stocks for over $200....but most or all of their regular GI wood stocks are gone.

Also, I see that some items like barrels and bolts are clearly marked as not for shipment to Canada, while other items I think are in the same category [trigger parts and flash hiders] are not so marked. I think it would be wise to inquire before placing an order. [but I'm going to jump on a commercial wood stock right now!].
 
I have a Boyds Walnut for sale. It is $80 + $15 shipping to most places...

If the stock is an actual USGI M14 stock (wood or Fiberglass), export permits are required to legally ship these stocks out of the U.S.

M1A stocks usually don't require export paperwork as they are not USGI parts..........however the dollar value may make export paperwork required.......

Fred's will not ship to Canada, and neither will Fulton Armory........

My 2002 M1A came with a GI birch stock with selector cut out. You will have a hard time getting anyone down there to ship even an SAI stock here now. Best bet is to find one here or buy a Boyds. A year ago or so it was no problem. I wish I had bought a few when I got my glass GI stock.
