How much does a Yugo SKS go for these days ?

My friend is simply in love with my 59/66, but since they seem to be sold out everywhere ... CGN to the rescue ! So how much would she need to invest to get either an 59/66 or an M59 in new-ish condition these days ? She handled a couple of Chinese ones but they obviously pale in comparison and I would like to find something that is up to her standards (and mine) ...
 
Yugo SKS

I saw one in what appeared to be new at the Truro Gun Show for around $425. It will probably be at the Waverly show if it didn't sell. I think the average price is around $400, give or take $50.
 
having standard comes at a price, more than 2X. :D

in unissued/excellent condition $425, good condition $375 , and it includes shipping.

well, i almost bot a yugo 3 weeks ago on EE and the seller claims as far as he can tell it was "unissued" but unfortunately i replied too sloooow. :(

Buyer beware, the majority of ones I have seen that haven't come out of crate have been battle field pick-ups...ie the previous owner is probably in a ditch somewhere. :(

Agreed, while mine mechanicaly was taken care of very well :IE bore is mirror shiney, the stock and bayonet are in rough shape, dings and scratches, bayonet is worn.
The blueing is worn on the high spots especialy on the gas tube and a few other places.
It looks like it was issued and went through a war lol.
I still love it though, its got lots of character and it shoots very straight.
 
I am two weeks slow on this thread, But I have one as new.
Bought few months ago from a member here- was going to be
added to my sales stock, but soooo nice It went in to my personal
stock-:p have never shot it.
One of you here will know about it.:evil:
