How much for a custom CDS dial

I purchased a used Leupold here and would like to get another CDS dial for it. How much does Korth charge for them and how long do they take to make?

Did you change anything on your CDS for temperature changes?

The long range guys at my Club talk about point of impact changing with temperature changes, for instance 25C in the summer to 5C in the winter, will change the point of impact, everything else being the same.
