How much of the black powder?

How much of the black powder #### is on the Restricted test?

it's nice historical back ground but I really don't want to bog down me head with history when it isn't needed..

only something like can you substitute black and smokeless powders if anything,nothing to worry about,nothing during the practical test (at least not on my tests)
