How much pistol brass do you need?

You don't get a bargain like that very often, sounds like you did well at that auction.

I see your from Ontario, that was at Simpsons in Creemore. I live 20 minutes away. More and more people at the auction. I went to my first firearm auction there only 3 years ago and place had a few empty seats. Now it is standing room only and a line up outside. They do get lots of obscure stuff. Even Epps buys there. If you go Just remember 10% on top of last bid to house then tax. So additional 25% to final bid. Some people get caught up bidding they pay well beyond the price of new items.

I only cast a few times a year but I spend a few hours each time doing it. I set up in the driveway on a nice sunny day with a cooler of beer and have at er. I use 6 cavity molds and usually drop around 3 pours/minute to maintain a productive mold temperature. That's 18 bullets/minute or over 3000/hour. It doesn't take long to make a mountain of them.

You must have very long hours in Pickering! 167 minutes per hour to be exact!

Here in Toronto there are 60 minutes per hour, therefore 18 bullets times 60 minutes equals 1080 bullets.

or maybe I just don't get it :)

LOL, no your right. Its over 1,000/hour not over 3,000/hour. :) We just had our first child in January...I've been sleep deprived the last month and I sure wish there were 167 minutes in the few hours a day I've been getting to sleep. LOL
