how much should it cost to swap AR15 rail systems

I've got a Daniel Defense with a quad rail that I'm looking to swap to the new Keymod

since I don't have some of the tools and a vice/bench will probably have it done by someone... how much should it run and any gunsmiths you guys can recommend in the Vancouver area?

Make friends with a nearby shooter with the tools, buy/bring a few beers after. You can travel with the upper without any legal issues. It's a pretty simple job if you got the right tools ie an allen wrench, a DD barrel nut wrench depending on which rail system you have, a torque wrench and a vise block and bench vise.
