How often do weapons go to the armory?

Was wondering how often do weapons such as C7A2`s go to the armory or armorer for a once over? even though they are working fine?

They don't. The CF doesn't fix anything that doesn't need fixing.

All CF wpns get fully insp once a year by inter unit insp or ATI

We insp headspace, firing pin, bore straightness, bore wear, all part for wear or damage.

Exactly - you have Wpn Techs for a reason. If you $h!t isn't getting done in a timely fashion someone should be administering an azz-kicking.

my unit is bad for that. I think we have had a C7 in the vault with an N/S tag on it for like 2 years.

When I did an ATI I usually inspect 100% of the inventory and carried out repairs time permitting. If your weapons do not get Inspected it is because of operational reasons ie: the only tech is deployed or on course.
