How often should I FL resize for .338 Lapua

How often should I FL resize for .338 Lapua. Also when using fire fromed brass does it matter if the brass is a mix match of different powder charges with some showing pressure signs how critical is it? Should the fire formed brass be grouped according to the powder charged used previously. I have a hunch that this could effect grouping especially if the previous charge was showing pressure signs and may need to be run through the FL die again.

"...grouped according to the powder charged..." No need.
When you're working up the load, keep the assorted loads separate or mark the case heads.

Thanks I should clarify though the pressure signs were minor only a bit of a extractor mark the primers were not flattened or anything. I did get the answer I was looking for from Peter Dobson of Hirsch Precision. Thanks again for responding.
