How old is my handgun?

Hey i was just curious how i would find out when my colt police positive was made Serial # 166###

My Colt book says the police positive .38 with that serial number was made between 1926 and 1927.
The are other police positive like target models, .32, .22 etc. so if your's is anything other than POLIVE POSITIVE .38 I would need more info.

If it's to be believed, this site says that if it's a Police Positive .38 & Bankers Special (there are 5 different Police Positive models from Colt listed), it was made in 1926.
