How original, if at all is this wartime Mosin 91/30?

The above link shows a recent mosin I picked up in trade. TO ME it seems to be fairly original. The stock probably has not been sanded, has nice CCCP stamps that still have nice edges/dimples, the chatter marks on the stock, metal, and mag all scream function over looks!

Barrel is a nice bright shiney blue but receiver is dull, so likely not a complete reblue. All metal parts have same stamped serial number with number perfixs as well. Seems to me it could be a very light refurb. The handguard is obviously incorrect for the period with the brass tabs and all.

So if any experts would like to offer their opinion it is appreciated.

Looks like she was hardly used, especially having been made in '43.

It has been refurbished, albeit VERY lightly. It looks as though the only part replaced was that top hand guard.

Original matching light refurb.

Ryan Eliots guide to Izhevsk stock dating doesn't support this inspector outside of 1942 but I've now observed it in the M block in 1943 in numerous original matching rifles. It's the original stock.

New coat of VKT applied to the stock and probably reblued.
