How to add a pic to the post

This might be a very silly question.

But how to enbed a pic into the post?

Seems could only insert from URL?? Can I upload?

Only upload if you have a premium acct:

You need to copy your image to a photo site like Photobucket and then copy the link info and insert it into your post under advanced editing..

There is a how to somewhere.
