How to become a sponsor?

I couldn't find this. I would like to sell some stuff I make here. Small time doesn't even do it justice, however, I am the guy making the stuff, it isn't a mater of selling off old junk I have. What are the rules? Do I need to be a sponsor, and if so, what are the rates. No firearms or other regulated stuff.
