How to change 870 stock???

anyone have a good instructional video or how to guid on how to change the stock on an 870??

Remove the butt plate. Screwed on if it is wood, unscrews and pops off with a bit of effort if it is synthetic.

Remove the bolt that goes into the receiver with the appropriate tool. (screwdriver)

Replace stock.

Do the process in reverse to tighten new stock and complete.

Turn down the volume...

yep its as simple as that, only snag you may get is with a wood stock,if its older maybe tight around the stock bolt washer.

Med size philips head with a round shank and lightly lubed for the butt pad bolts.
