Need some help here.
The trigger group itself is not a problem.
Push two pins out, replace trigger group and re-use the pins you took out.

The problem is getting to the trigger group.

1.The Safety Selector
The handles or switches are screwed into the barrel.
Take screw out, remove switch. Sounds easy.
Do I just take off one side or both?
How do I take out the safety selector barrel inside?
Knock it out with a punch or do I leave one side on and pry it out with leverage from a screw driver?

2. The bolt hold open arm
Slide out the c clip.
Off with the bolt hold arm.
Remember which way the spring goes.

Sounds easy but my vision into tiny dark places is not that hot.
Probably why I don't understand liberals.
Anyone have a decent video or clear pictures???

Saw one on youtube but it is like watching from the fifty yard line.

You need to take the grip off so the safety detent can come out. Otherwise the safety will not come out. Also, the hammer needs to be cocked or again, the safety will not come out. You only need one side of the safety switch taken off. Once everything else is correct, it will just fallout. No hammering or prying required.

Detent under the grip is an AR thing.

Actually took both sides screws and levers out to see, just couldn't bring myself to force out the safety barrel.

I’ve installed three or four Geissele triggers into a Kraft Dinner 180C I couldn’t remember if there was a detent or not but I do remember removing the last round hold open to get it out. Also again, remember to #### the hammer. The safety won’t go in our out if the hammer isn’t cocked. Unless of course you have already hammered out the trigger pins and removed the trigger group already.

WK180C has no detent under grip.

To replace trigger group:
- Separate upper and lower.
- Remove c-clip retaining the bolt hold open lever pin.
- Remove bolt hold open lever pin while keeping pressure on bolt hold open lever, watch for the spring that will fly out.
- Remove hammer pin and hammer.
- Remove trigger pin and disconnector.
- Remove one side of safety selector screw (either would work).
- Slide the safety selector and drum from the opposite side. You may have to wiggle on the trigger and rotate the drum to make enough room for the drum to come out.
- Remove the trigger.

Installation is reverse. I would blue loktite the safety selector screw that you removed.
The bolt hold open lever spring also act on the safety selector drum to make it snap into place. The spring leg with end poking side way goes under the lever, and the end poking downward goes onto the safety selector drum.

If you are installing an aftermarket trigger pack using 2 set screws to tighten the trigger pack (i.e. triggertech), check for trigger pin walk after ~100 rounds of firing.
