Thanks, those were two great articles. Full of information and some food for thought when shopping for a scope. I always enjoy learning from other peoples experience. I had no idea that most of the scopes we can buy are made in Japan. Prior to reading this I was actually looking for a scope that would work well in both close country and still be able to provide a good long distance shot in the prairies. I guess I'll just have to tell my wife that I need to set up two rifles lol
