Sadly, no. They're too wide for the Egyptian Clip Guide...

You can also just use the standard 3 "Nub" clips without filing off the outside nubs by just rocking the clips in at the center nub. (Angle the bottom of the clip forward and position the center nub in the guide).

I wish I could use stripper clips/chargers on my Egyptian SAFN49..... Previous owner decided to file the actual stripper clip guide to fit! :( Nothing to stop the clips from sliding into the magazine as well now.
