how to delete post , thread

is it possible to delete a post or thread i created here i cant seem to find option to delete or close it

Click on " Edit Post". A box saying "Go Advanced" should show up. Click on that, and put " Please Remove" on your thread title.

This function's primary use is in the EE, though a minority use it. Outside the EE, it requires Mod approval and a good reason. Not liking an answer to your question would not qualify,
