How to dismantle a Remington Model 700 bolt?

In July of this year I will have had my Model 700 for 30 years and I have never taken the bolt apart.

How do I do it?

grab the cocking piece in a vice with some pads or a couple pennys on the jaws. Pull back on the bolt until a slot is visible in the cocking piece. Stick another penny in the slot and let the spring pressure hold it there. You can now screw the bolt shroud and firing pin assembly out of the bolt....

I hope you've cleaned the trigger assembly a few times over the 30 years....
