How to fit Magpul MOE Fore End on Norc M4

To do this, what fitment work is specifically involved?

I understand it is some filing around the front end of the hand guard.

Is it just the ring part, and taking material off to reduce the circumference?

Are there any pics of anyone's and what they had to do?

With mine (when I had one) I just had to dremel some of the ring part as you say...but after all is said and done my delta ring looked like crap after getting off the handguards...I recommend as others have done...change the delta ring to something in spec and never have the issue again with the handguards being such a pain.

dremel...pfft...i used a 5 inch angle grinder.

Strong fingers help. It's a tight fit but it does eventually go in.

So, two ways then.

1.)Dremel to fit.
2.)Get proper end cap.

Forcing it sounds like a pain in the ass, as does the who exercise.
