So, I have not found an easy way to solve this problem.

What is an easy way to get the stray fur off these suckers after your done skinning them

Hand wash carcass with snow from underneath the snow top surface. And in the warmer months I purposely discretely wash the carcass using the backyard hose before it gets drip dried and put into the freezer.

Admittedly this is sometimes hard to get it all completely clean. Sometimes I find myself removing the odd bit of hare hair )) right before it gets put into the cook pot.

You can use a blow torch and quickly go over to burn off any stray hairs.

I found that taking more care while skinning caused less work at the kitchen sink later. The fine hairs are a PITA and get everywhere.

Prevention was easier than picking.

I would go over the bits before they were fully thawed, and pick away at the layer that held the hairs, too.

K skin or bag skin them produces less hair/fur. We are talking about eating them, right?
