How to install ZF39 side mount?

Hello! I would like to install the ZF39 scope to my k98, but I don`t know how to do.
I think this may done by the gunsmith. Have any gunsmith near Vancouver can do this?

Dlask arms may also take it on, however Barry would be 1st choice as Joe likes bigger jobs.
