How to keep crosshairs from disappearing

So I bought a Siii 10-50x60 to put on a 6br that I ordered, but I guess I was lied to aout the 6-8 weeks delevery as it has been 6 months and no word... So I got bored of waiting and bought a .338 lapua. Mounted the scope up and took it to the range.

If I adjust the focus so that the target is crystal clear then the crosshairs disappear after a couple of seconds. If i blink then they will come back, but not long enought to shoot. I found I was having to adjust the scope until the target was fuzzy to beable to see the crosshairs.

This is the only scope that I have ever had this problem with. Anything I can do?

lower your magnification?
what distance are you shooting at?

perhaps try dialing the eye adjustment piece back as well

yup. blond moment, forgot to adjust the eye focus, was only playing with the side focus. That should do it...
