How to legally ship loaded ammunition

Title pretty much says it all. It would be between Kitchener and Toronto. Thanks for your help. Dave

you need to ship through a carrier that ships "dangerous goods" in the case of ammo, it will be shipped as explosives. It will cost a little more than standard shipping. I believe FedEx ships DG.

Use CANPAR, they are much cheaper.

if there is not to much of it you could legally ship it in the trunk of a Taxi. might get expensive though. Canpar seems to be the standard for ammo shipping

Ammo is not DG if it is under 25Kg NXQ (i.e. powder weight). Purolator, DHL, Canpar will handle it and it won't cost any more the anything else.
