How to make cheap hollow points

Just make sure your alloy is soft enough to expand, with commercial hard cast bullet there is no point even bothering they just want expand at all. 10:1 or 20:1 lead tin alloy will work fine for many non magnum velocity calibers.

A cast HP is kind of pointless. Cast bullets flatten when they hit hard surfaces. Bones are hard enough.

I have some that don't flatten out they might deform just the slightest but 1/8 steel angle doesn't do much.

Yes thanks, I saw that.

The idea of drilling into cast lead bullets came to me before I found the video. I am shooting some old pistols and was able to find bullets for it but not hollow points. Believe me, I won't do that to a 9mm.

Not interested in casting or swaging myself.
