I have a 1911 and I want to put a set of adjustable Champion sights on it. The champions require a "low mount novak" dovetail to be installed. Here's my question:
The sights on the gun are called "novak style" by the manufacturer, however I'm not sure that means they are fit in a Novak dovetail. How do I take measurements to see if it is in fact a Novak cut dovetail? Anyone have pictures of a slide with a low mount novak cut? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
