Hi guys,
I got this little gem last year. Just a great little revolver and very accurate. I do get one or two chambers that hang up when trying to eject empties. I'd like to give them a good polish. Any suggestions as to how to do this without mucking up the cylinder?

Thx!

Are you sure those chambers don't just need a good cleaning? I'd wrap some copper strands from a Chore Boy pad around a bore brush, chuck it in a drill, use low speed. Make sure it's not copper coated steel like some knock-offs use.

If those problem chambers still hang up after that, the "correct" approach is to buy the right tool for the job (flex hone or similar). There are also low budget alternatives that carry a risk of ruining your cylinder, but I'd try the aggressive cleaning above first.

This with some very fine polishing compound will do a good job of polishing the cylinders without damaging them.
