Thanks, but I have cleared absolutely everything . Nothing in the attachments area and no picture ads for over 90 days. I have about 26 messages in my in and out box. That's it. So the picture feature for non team members just seems like an underhanded way to get us to buy a team membership out of frustration. Having said that, a team membership is a great option if you sell the odd item. I just dont like being misled to think I have an option when I do not.
Image and photo: Using an image hosting site to post or link your image to the forum
Direct uploading pictures to the CGN forum
If you are in the equipment exchange group, your account is allocated enough space to directly upload 1 to 3 pictures in total to postings made in the equipment exchange forum. See below for detail instructions:

Hosting images in a 3rd party location and linking to CGN forum
Before you can share an image on the internet, the image must be "hosted" by a server that makes the image accessible to the public.
You have a few choices:
1) Use a free image hosting site, such as Photobucket, Flickr
2) Use a share drive that allows people to share your file, such as google drive
3) Use CGN as your hosting site ( team members and limited use for Equipment Exchange users), please see: Instructions for Team Member
Using an Image Hosting Site
First of all, you need to register an account with an image hosting site, such as:
www.flickr.com
Some sites, such as Flickr, has their own mobile apps, which make uploading images from a mobile device easy.
Once you have opened an account, you need to "upload your images". You can either 1)provide a link to the location of your image( less time), or 2)displaying the image within your ad ( more time). With 1) people will need to click the link provided by you to see you image ( that is hosted outside of CGN)
Option 1

rovide a link to the location of your image
Most hosting sites allow people to "share" their images. You have to find the "share" button, copy the code and paste it directly to your ad.
For example, Flickr's will be something like this "https://flic.kr/p/xwyerex". Simply put this into your ad and people will be able to click the link to see your image at Flickr.
Option 2: Display the image within your ad
Using FlickR
The general idea is, after you have uploaded your images, you have to grab the URL of your images, such as http://----.com/image/xyz123.jpg
1) click the image icon
photo1.jpg
2) Insert the URL of your image to the blank space (eg, http://----.com/image/xyz123.jpg)
photo2.gif
3) You text box will have a code like this: [img ] http://-----.com/image/xyz123.jpg[ /img] This is the code that links your image to the forum from the hosting site and displays the image.
Using a Public Shareable Drive
There are free cloud storage services that provide people with free space, such as google drive.

Another popular storage is Dropbox, but you will need to be able to create a shared link that is viewable by the public
