How to practice/shoot on "command" without flinching?

So umm kinda hard to explain so here is my attempt:

Basically I fire all my large bore rifles (30cal) at longer ranges by slowly squeezing the trigger and letting the recoil "surprise" me in order to avoid the anticipation flinch. This works well and I am pretty accurate using it.

Now I want to step up my game though, rather than sighting in on target, controlling my breath and slowly squeezing the trigger and firing the gun in the next 3-5ish second window I want to be able to decide EXACTLY when the gun goes bang.

So how or what do i need to do/practice that I can just sight in on target and pull the trigger on command without flinching or doing the slow trigger squeeze to "surprise" me?

I really wish there were some cool shooting courses here like they have in the states that don't cost an arm and a leg :p

You can also use a spotter with a range finder and a wind meter, or at least fake it. Seriously, having someone there to talk to you helps: they don't have to wait the exact amount of time for the command to shoot. Plus, you have someone to see if you flinch or blink, AND it gets the friend or family member involved.

Something as simple as them talking just off to one side of you, their head same distance forward as you, something like, "Bull moose.... 225 yards... 16Km/h wind from left... send it." Then they might say, "Large buck... 158 yards... 5KM/h wind from right...
...
...
(you both pretend it's moving out of cover)
...
...
send it."

Works for me. You could try it.
