I'm going to be putting my older Winchester Model 70 up for sale and I'm totally out of touch with market values.

It's a push feed M70 I bought new in 1982. Matt receiver and gloss blued barrel. 24" barrel with express sights. It's in great shape as I never took it hunting ( a real long boring story). A total of 4 boxes of ammo through it.

What would be a reasonable price to ask for it? I don't want insult people by asking too much but do want to free up some cash for a restricted purchase.
Not a rifle that a lot of people are looking for so I need to price it aggressively as I don't want it hanging around my gun cabinet forever.

Any info appreciated.

i would say around $700 to $750. yes its a pushfeed but its in 375 H&H and has express sites. those pushfeed wins can be very accurate.

Thanks guys, Confirms what I was thinking, I sort of thought $750 would be reasonable. And yes it's an accurate rifle, honest 1 inch groups. I'll have take some decent photo's to show the condition.
