how to put EE ad back to the top?

Just wondering how I can do this when my add gets down low and want it back to the top? Thanks a lot!!

Think you have to wait 7 days or so between BTT's though ? no

IIRC the owner or the mods have added a feature that prevents someone from deleting the advert. and then relisting it again on the same day???
Not sure on the time frame but do recall some changes earlier in the year??
You have to wait seven days literally to the minute.
