how to remove a stripped screw from a Arisaka type 38 Carbine

hi !
i Buy a Arisaka type 38 Carbine from the EE this old war Horse have lot of Ding and scratch but that not the proble

the front srew on the triguer guard/floor plate is totaly striped and i cant remove it. i cant even turn it a litle bit

how do you guys remove this type of screw and what is the step to do it...???? i know the screw will be destroy but i can buy another one, i just dont what to damage the thread or anything else...

Pictures always help, there are many ways to do it, depends on your skill level, you can try to use easy out, drill it out and chase the treads, dremel it cut a new slot in the head if you can, soak it in wd40 etc.
