How to remove front ghost ring sight on Norinco Hp-9 barrel

Just got my hp-9 in the mail. Everything is great but it wasn't supposed to have ghost ring sights. So as the title states how do I remove the front sight ?

Heat it with a torch and give it a knock is my guess or skip the heat and put a bit more power behind the hammer.

Yeah beat the end of the barrel with a hammer, that should do wonders for your patterns,and could even get more exciting shooting slugs. They are silver soldered on and have to come off with heat, which will also mean it will probably need re finishing. Why not try and doa barrel swap with someone on the EE, your barrel and rear ghost ring for the type of barrel you want.
