How to remove front sight post on Grizzly 12 gauge barrel

Any ideas on how to remove this....its was setup for ghost ring sites ...but I have other plans for it

If anyone is interested, the sight on this 12 1/2" barrel was Soldered on.
30 seconds with a propane torch and a little tap is all it took.
A little emery cloth to clean it up, drilled and tapped for a fiber optic bead, threaded for chokes and a can of black KG Gun Kote to finish.
Hopefully it will be a decent 35 yard slug barrel

Hope you didn't heat the barrel to much as the mag ring is more than likely only soldier as well.

It didn't take too much time to heat the area by the sight enough to make it come loose.

I gave the mag ring a couple of knocks with a dead blow hammer after everything was cooled down, seems solid
