How to remove Pinned JR Carbine buttstock?

I realize that the JRC buttstock is pinned from the factory, anyone know how to pull it off to swap in another aftermarket buttstock? I'm assuming I have to drill a pin out somewhere and that I have to completely disassemble the rifle? Ok, under further inspection I see the little pin. Assuming that I have to disassemble or just go for it as is?

it the stock is still adjustable that means it is not pinned, just pull harder on the buttstock locking lever.

Just drill it out as it is from the opposite side I am assuming...

I've done a few. the pinned itself is hardened so you need to drill opposite the pin and push it out.

Yes, I didn't see the pin at first. Once I spotted the pin, it was pretty clear. The Magpul CTR commercial stock gives the rifle a better look and feel. Now I want to swap a couple more for my other 2 black rifles, in ODG & Black.
