Krylon spray paint...restore it whatever colour you want.

If it's just oxidized, judicious application of a heat gun can burn off the oxidation and leave black plastic behind. Done that with VW bumpers. Test in an inconspicuous area

I did a couple of AR-15 stocks a few years ago that were scuffed up. I degreased them, gave them a light sanding to smooth out the flaws and then sprayed with Bar-B-Que paint. It was kind of a dull black satin and they came out looking like they were brand new.

Hi,thanks for imput,I decided to use wool steel 00, 600 water paper,and than buff high speed with bee wax,got the finish I want

I was at a friends house today, and he was spraying bug spray, with deet in it , on his plastic head light covers ( they had gone cloudy). Anyways sprayed, scrubbed, sprayed , scrubbed...etc came out like new!!
Maybe it'll work?? can't hurt....give it a try.
