Just the same as any other Combloc rifle of the same vintage: squeeze the rear sight adjustment buttons and pull back, setting the rear sight to "U", and you have a setting that'll put rounds on a figure 11 or the Communist equivalent at 0-300 yards.
First, though, set the rear sight to 1, the first setting forwards of U, and fire a group at 100 yards, carefully aimed at a zeroing target: small bullseye, 1-inch grid. If your rifle is shooting to point of aim, you're golden.
If not, I can help; mail me the rifle, 100 rounds, and a $100 LLBO gift certificate (because otherwise I'd just spend the money on ammunition not vodka), and I'll adjust the sights for you. Adjusting even simple open sights is so fiendishly difficult and complicated that nobody has ever managed to simplify it into a short Web page, and Combloc rifles require incredibly complex tools and the attentions of a highly trained gunsmith over the course of weeks. It's risky, too, and can result in death. But since I'm a highly trained former Spetznaz armourer and heroically alcoholic gun nut with a death wish I'm happy to run the risk of adjusting CZ/VZ sights for others.
Or, of you feel like you're up to the challenge, google "how to adjust iron sights", order an AK/SKS front sight adjustment tool off the Internet, and try it yourself. All kidding aside, it's real easy.
