how to sight in an AR15 carry handle scope?

how to sight in an AR15 carry handle scope?

my scope has intergrated mount to the ar15 carry handle, and i tried to used a magnatic bore sighter (the one attached to the mazzle), but it didn't work.

i am thinking maybe i can do it just like sighting in a bolt action rifle? because i can simply detach the upper from the lower, pull the charging handle and bolt/bolt carrier out, and i am pretty much can see through the bore from here...

Muzzle mounted laser works fine for getting you on the paper. Then just fine adjust as any other gun. The Burris one does go into the barrel even with the flash suppressor still attached.

Just remember to take it out before you shoot.

Because of the height of carry handle scopes it is such a PITA to boresight a scope. I have a Leupold Magnetic and I used to stick it on the front of the front sight tower and boresight - it was usually close enough to get on paper.
