How to start reloading??

+1 on Williams Arms....You`re so close to them it wouldn`t hurt to pop out there and ask questions....They`re the friendliest bunch of guys you`ll ever meet....
+2 :D I live in GTA - and still make it to Port Perry about once every 2 months. Great guys to deal with, and their prices are very competitive. They carry reloading stuff, mostly Dilon but can order anything you need.

As for Youtube learning, try this guys' videos:

or just go to ultimatereloader.com.

haha, don't worry, I won't be relying on youtube to teach me how to reload! I just wanted to get an idea of what was involved. I'm going to pick up the Lyman manual on my lunch break today.

What are the differences between these two kits and is this all the equipment I need to get started?

I'll definitely be heading over to William's as well to see what they have.
Personally, I would stay away from Lee reloaders...You have to first try to determine how much reloading you will be doing (and how many different calibers) and how much money you are willing to spend....If you don`t have that much cash laying around, then check out the Hornady Lock `n Load progressive....Should you have extra cash, buy a Dillon....If you foresee yourself as being even shooting a moderate amount, then go with the progressive option....Unless you will be shooting just several hundred rounds per year, stay away from single stage press`s.....
