Hello fellow Skorpion owners...

I was doing some vigorous cleaning today and this part came off.. and I wasn't exactly sure how it goes back together.. was even more confused when I came to this post to take a look and it isn't on Venom's gun. So can you guys help a newbie out and let me know what this piece is and I presume it goes here, but not quite sure in which direction. Thank you muchly for your help.
