So I was at a gun show and picked up a PG benelli stock that may or may not fit my M1/Beretta 1201fp, my shotgun should be here in about a week so I can't try it till then.....

the only thing the seller knew is that the stock would not fit his super nova as advertised.... he bought it used.

it is a factory benelli PG stock with the smooth sided recoil pad... I cannot find any numbers on it but I may take the pad off and see if anything inside indicates what it might be for.

BUT does anyone know any web sites that may help me, my google fu is weak on this one.

This is a M2 (Which should also fit the SBE II):

And this is a M1 (80046):

You should be able to see the M1 has a slight upward piece just above the grip while the M2 doesn't has.

Don't know much about the M4 (none collapsible) so can't really comment on that one.

that is exactly the comparison I was lookingfor, and yippee I do have an M1 stock.... no more hassles of looking for one andmy beretta is going to look purdy. I will say the benelli stock is one of the most comfortable PG stocks I have handled.
