how to use 'search'

Okay, I'm stumped ...... after trying various search parameters the results are always the same "no match found".

What I wish to search for is: recommended, best scopes, .22 rifles, bench rest shooting or some combination like that. What I've used to search is as follows ...

Search by Keywords: scope .22
Search options: any prefix
Find Threads: At least 1 reply
Find posts with: A week ago and older
Show results: as threads
Search in forum(s): have tried both Rimfire and Optics

left blank Search by user name & Search by tag

Probably nowhere near as difficult as I'm making it ..... can someone walk me thru this, please?

Change Find posts with: A week ago and older to 36 months ago and newer.

Try that.
