HOW TO POST A TRADER RATING
Find a Posting or Private Message by the party that you want to leave a feedback to. Click the "add feedback" as shown in the followings:
HOW TO EDIT A TRADER RATING
Author of the rating has up to 60 days to edit rating.
Find a Posting or Private Message by the party that you want to edit your feedback, click one of the numbers:
Click blue icon trash bin to delete or the other to edit:
HOW TO REQUEST REVIEW OF A TRADER RATING
Trader Rating Review Request must be made within 30 days of the time the rating is made.
Before you use request a review, you must first forward to the counter party the trader rating guidelines per "Forum Rules and terms" at https://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/help/cgn_feedback_rules/ - Guidelines for using CGN Feedback Score System. You must make a written request to the other party to ensure his/her rating is made in compliance with the Guidelines.
You can only make a review quest:
If the counter party refuses to voluntarily ensure compliance;
OR dispute your interpretation of the guideline;
OR there is no response from the counter party within 7 calendar days;
To submit a trader rating review request, click the icon as highlighted in the following image in your own profile " feedback stats":
