How will new CPC policy affect Antiques?

Notice it says handguns and size limits. Some Antiques
could be called Prohibited. and for those of us with only
NR lics. We could be in big do do. And no I don't want to
upgrade. Will this change the status of Antiques?

I don't see anything on the page posted that would change the current "antique" classification.

By omission, yes, but one stroke of pen would delete the antique status and bring back as legally defined firearms.

They should also simplify the license and eliminate the RPAL altogether.
They can easily combine the current two course by scrapping all the parts about cannons, flint lock, black powder etc, only test on bolt and semi rifles and include a semi handgun.
If people want to learn the other types the can do so separately.

prescribed antiques do not fall under theses changes.
