Cause the RCMP is working out the details on this as you are reading this. If you don't know what I'm talking about then troll on over to the Discussions and Alerts forum and do some reading.
 
Aren't they just going to restrict them? Politics aside, if this is the case, will people be given a chance to upgrade their licenses?

Does is matter? Right now you need to worry about letter writing, emailing, calling or meeting with your MP.
 
ah once pellet guns are prohibs switch on over to sling shots. But what if sling shots get on the prohib list, what is this world coming to?

Marstar's new VZs were prohibited outright. They can not be added to any of the current prohib lists without a new prohib list and a new OIC. They are simply prohib and that is that. No grandfathering. If the "old" CZ-858's are declared "prohib" because of "more easilly converted to FA" bullsh*t they WILL LIKELY BE CONFISCATED.
 
The fuse is really, really, short on this. The impression I get is that this will be a done deal in 2-3 weeks. Prohibitions may be based on RCMP reclassifications alone, but overall I am expecting a blend of reclassifications along with one or more OICs. The OICs basically make the RCMP's position much harder to fight, since the OIC alone is sufficient for reclassification.

There is not time to "not believe this is going to happen" - we must act now to apply strong, continuous, pressure to the CPC and the PMO.

Why didn't you just ask, how would you like to get a punch in the nuts? Of how would you like your house to be burned to the ground?

What kind if answers were you expecting anyway? "Oh, I wouldn't mind. I regularly enjoy having personal property taken from me."

The ideal response would be: No I'd rather keep my freedoms so I sent off a few letters to my MP, the PM, Van Loan etc. Because every person counts.

I realize that as people are applauding the CSSA in the other thread, the battlefield only shifted a bit. The attack on us is so brazen you'd be stunted to think it will fade away.
 
Exactly, we need to keep the pressure on to get the T97 and if viable the FSN-01 through or we will have just put off the inevitable.
