Hw would you Put an aetech aim point with a flip to side 3x magnifier on an sks? I think a shell deflector is a must, how could it be made quick remove for cleaning?

The Eotech and Aimpoint are two different things and they both probably cost more than your sks ha ha. Anyways, mounting to the receiver is likely the way to go if you have a Norinco that has no historical significance so check out Kalinka Optics and look for the side mounting plate and the MOLOT side mount picatinny rail that'll allow you to mount the optic, magnifier with flip and have it all easily removable. All that should only cost you say... $800-$900 ha ha ha.
