Looks like a new user and may not know where to find it, and the search i don't believe will help find a section of the forum especially if you don't know what you're looking for...

scroll to top right of page
click button "Forum"
scroll down page to find precision rifles section
click on that
please ask question there as black rifles are more for semi automatics
