Howa M1500 APC or Howa M1500 Hera H7

I was all set to buy the Howa M1500 APC tomorrow, but, I just came across the Hera H7. They are both about the same cost, and from what I can tell are both for long range target shooting. But I am not finding much information on comparing the 2 platforms.

Can anyone shed some light on them for me?
